Bruce Wayne, better known as Batman, is the main protagonist of Stephen Trumble's Fan film, Batman: Broken Promise. He is an optimal vigilante who is fixated upon ridding the Gotham Undergrounds from their outer lights of Corruption and Drug Dealings. At a shroud of his investigation led to confronting Former District Attorney turned dreaded Crime lord, Harvey Dent/Two Face who has a nihilistic view upon Gotham's whites and plans to escort by ridding half of its crime with uses of his operations to contaminate Gotham's system to end as many people Harvey doesn't fit. Batman ended up Stopping Dent before he could do so.
He is voiced by Brian Vaughan.
Biography[]
Batman is seen gliding throughout the numerous places of Gotham, investigating the numerous poisonings around the city. He then stumbled upon a pair of two individuals succumb to the cause and picks up a calling card which links to Scarface's gang. A brief flashback reveals he beaten one of Scarface's men who has the scar symbol engraved on his neck. Batman then tosses him into the puddle, where the Thug's boss had shown his callings, Batman then infiltrates Scarface's Criminal Base where he then transepts the conversation between the puppet and his henchmen. While doing so, he then finds out that Scarface has been working with Dent to help with his plans with dealing with the shipments of drugs to be given to numerous druggies out of the open city. soon after, A Thug then walks in and notices Batman which The Dark Knight proceeds to attack the thug and their Boss Scarface, who then opens fire at the Batman. However Scarface was outmatched by the caped crusader who then warns him that he was double crossed by Two face and about the shipment of drugs that Dent plans to spread. Scarface then shoots a light which Batman backs away and dissapears into the darkness, leaving Arnold and Scarface who then proceed to flee away from his Base where they confront Dent in person, who then goes further to reveals that Arnold was his inside man and was able to take over his criminal gang, which the Scarface realises the truth, but in a matter of seconds, his head was blasted off by his lackey Arnold who was manipulated by Dent to be safe from the puppet's wrath. Dent then plans to execute Arnold by pulling out his coin to decide his fate, despite the latter's support., Dent then flips his coin, which the lights turn dark. Harvey's men then start to open fire at the latter as it landed tails, but Arnold was miraculously saved by Batman straight out of time and disarm and put down some guards before appearing as the lights turn back on. Batman then confronts Dent who then signals his men to hold fire, and tries to persuade Dent to call off his operations, upon so, Batman repairs to strike by distracting dent with the light of his Batmobile as well as attracting Dent's coin from a magnetic pulse which attracted the currency into his possetion and taking advantage of Exploiting Dent's fixiation over "Justice" so far as assaulting a henchwoman who was instructed by another thug to ready to shoot, The Vigilante then attack his men, one by one, leaving only Dent standing. the two men then face of in a full on fight and weaponized combat, which Batman fought and directing Dent's weapons and standing a chance, each men overpowering the other as Dent manages to tackle batman into a pillar which crashes next to Scarface's corpse. Dent through determined to decide fate and demanding for his coin back in frustration, Batman taunts him about him and calling him a prisoner in his own world of demented justice. Dent then hurls Batman however the batmobile arrives as he lands into the hood of the vehicle, Dent continued to lash out towards Batman ontop of the car and manages to prie his grasp of the coin, Dent briefly supposingly getting the upper hand attempted to slide the part of his pistol to shoot batman, but was kicked off of the hooded vehicle. Then two men then continuously trade from one blow and disarming at each's for the coin, Batman getting each and every force of action for Dent's coin to finally land, until soon the coin drops as Dent knocks away the Dark Knight to finally prepare to slide his pistol and catch Batman in the cross fire but hesitates when he realizes that his Coin landed on heads, forcing Dent to lower his firearm and spare the Caped Crusader. Dent then accepts his comeuppance and turns himself in with the Dark Knight. He is seen outside handcuffed when the G.C.P.D arrived who had arrested dent for his crimes along with Arnold for his involvement. The next scene shows the rooftops which Batman tosses a Dent candidate disk like a coin as he stands up and strikes a meanasing pose, which thunder intensifies to show a eager light view of the Caped Crusader. It then ends.
