Billy Beaver is the overarching protagonist of Danno Cal's Riggy franchise. He is a kind and cheerful beaver who lives in Toonville with his mother to help her pay the bills. He is also the first friend of Riggy Runkey, who ironically caused his tragic death.
Appearance[]
Billy Beaver, as his name suggests, is a beaver, he has blonde hair, a green shirt and blue pants. He also has a regular beaver tail and mouth. He has a few bruises and scars on his body, it's unknown how he got these.
Personality[]
Billy seems to be a caring person who wants to help his mother, Bethel, and other citizens of Toonville. He especially wants to help Rigmond T. Runkey, who later left Billy to die in an attempt to save him.
Biography[]
Not much is known of Billy's background, he apparently had a father before the latter passed away, and his mother had been caring for him all on his own ever since. He also got a job at a pet store at one point, and stayed with his mother to help her pay bills. He also has a pet penguin named Copernicus, or Perie for short.

- Billy, alongside Dolph and Bolph, is one of Riggy's first victims.
- It's unclear how Billy feels about Riggy after the latter let him die, though it's likely he thought that Riggy had abandoned him and left him to die, which could mean he doesn't see Riggy as a friend anymore.
- Billy telling Riggy not to leave him while he slowly dies could be a reference to the “MICHEAL, DON’T LEAVE ME HERE!” meme from SquimpusMcGrimpus Five Nights at Freddy’s VHS video “finale”
- Danno has confirmed that Billy will continue to appear in Toon Turf, but either as a ghost or in flashbacks.
- During the scene where he and Riggy break into the factory, Billy says that "Lucky used to be my-" before being cut off. It's unclear what he was trying to say, but this could imply that Billy and Lucky could have had a connection, whatever that connection is. However, given that Lucky isn't faced by Billy's death, whatever relation they had probably wasn't special at all.
