Buckaroo "Buckoo" Smorgasbord is a main deuteragonist in Noteverything123's Skibidi-puff Toilet and Grand Townsville Authority.
He's also one of the Immune Survivors of the upcoming spin-off fanfic, Left 4 Townsville, a Left 4 Dead (1 and 2) parody.
He was artificial intelligently (A.I.) voiced by Tom Kenny.

Buckoo was known to be a comedic member of The Powerpuff Faction due to his attitude and personality. He is also known as the "Comedic Slacker".
History[]
Early Life[]
Buckaroo "Buckoo" Smorgasbord, the smartest member of the Powerpuff Faction, was created in a 1998 fanon event using a four-leaf clover mixed with Chemical-X, brought to life by the Secret Male Powerpuff Agent. His younger brother, Brownie Smorgasbord, was also created during this event, with chocolate as his primary ingredient. Together, they became known as the "Smorgasbord Brothers," a name given by the Secret Agent, and formed a dynamic duo that secretly assisted the Powerpuff Girls in various battles against villains and monsters, using their unique abilities and quick thinking. However, tragedy struck in a 2005 fanon event when both Buckoo and Brownie perished due to their "instability."
Current Life[]
Despite Buckoo and Brownie's loss, hope was restored in 2023 when Buttercup revived Buckoo using the original ingredients, which had been preserved in a secret area of the Powerpuff House where the Powerpuff Faction Headquarters was formed. Revived as a comedic yet brainy member, Buckoo was once again revived and recruited by Buttercup. Brownie was also brought back to life by Bubbles Utonium, who took him under her wing as her own recruit. Buckoo now guides and supports other Powerpuff members, helping them to do the right thing. He also met Blunder, a former Rowdyruff member, whom he often teases and mocks for his past failures. Despite this, Buckoo sometimes feels ashamed for his behavior when Blunder confronts him, and over time, Buckoo, Brownie, and Blunder became known as the new "Smorgasbord Brothers," with Blunder as their step-brother.
Buckoo’s naturally funny personality shines through his love for making puns, though he knows when to be serious. He also shares a friendship with Unikitty, Princess of Unikingdom and leader of the Unikittian Hoods, as they bond over their love for fun and positivity, with Buckoo assisting Unikitty in spreading harmony across Townsville.
Additionally, Buckoo mentors Kade Mortimer, a human aspiring to join the Powerpuff Faction as a cooperative leader.

Buckoo has formed an unlikely friendship with Boomer, one of the Rowdyruff Boys, drawn together by Boomer’s friendly nature and Buckoo’s humor. Buckoo appreciates Boomer’s approachable personality and enjoys his shared jokes to Boomer and lighthearted moments, even as their bond complicates things due to the Rowdyruff Boys' schemes. Brick and Butch have sometimes manipulated Boomer into using Buckoo as bait for their plans, often involving petty theft. Although Boomer feels conflicted, he follows along, believing it’s what a “real friend” would do. This leaves Buckoo unknowingly aiding the Rowdyruff Boys until he learns the truth, feeling hurt and betrayed. Determined to stand up for himself, Buckoo begins using his comedic antics to outsmart them, ultimately proving he won’t be manipulated. Despite these struggles, Buckoo and Boomer’s friendship endures, reflecting the complexities of loyalty and rivalry, as Buckoo skillfully balances heroism with personal connections across faction lines.
