Buttercup is one of the six main protagonists (alongside Pibby, Blossom, Bubbles, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck) of the Nightmare Pibby fanon series which is the non-canon sequel of the two prequel series Learning With Pibby: The Darkness and Learning With Pibby: Time To Fight!.
Appearance[]
Her appearance is similar to her original counterpart, she is a 5-year-old-girl with black hair, green eyes, wears green sleeveless dress while having black stripes running through the middle. She also has white socks and black Mary Jane shoes.
Personality[]
While she is similar to her canon prequel counterpart, the difference is that Buttercup is known as one of the kindest girls since due to her reforming from her old ways and wanting to be a better person unlike her original counterpart, although despite being kinder than her original counterpart, they still share some similarities such as being the strongest of the Powerpuff Girls.
History[]
- The Rise of The Nightmares (Part 1): After when The Darkness was defeated in the finale of the Time To Fight! Series, Alex is seeking for revenge by possessing Pibby and kill all of Townsville.
- Seeking Help (Part 2): Bubbles and Buttercup are now alone, even Bubbles was now crying Blossom, the Professor, Daffy, Pibby, and everyone are now gone... Buttercup felt bad for Bubbles and wanted to make her happy by being together. Bubbles and Buttercup are seeking for help, unfortunately Bugs Bunny is the only survivor seen in the PPG universe, so they team up together to stop the PPG apocalypse.
- Buttercup's Apology (Part 3): Bubbles continues crying about Blossom and the Professor since they were the best people, Bubbles ever had. Buttercup feels bad for Bubbles and was sorry for all of her actions she has done in the past. Buttercup wanted to have the best sister of her life, she even wanted to be the best sister of Bubbles. So Buttercup no longer becomes a jerk and becomes the most kindest person alongside Bubbles. Bugs was proud of them and was happy they were no longer jerks, even Bugs thought of no longer becoming a jerk as well. When Blossom and Daffy appeared trying to attack them, Buttercup and Bugs instead hugged them and said they were sorry which brings back Blossom and Daffy as they were no longer controlled by Alex and is willing to help them stop Alex by disguising as their nightmare selves and manipulate Alex.
- The Finale (Part 4): When Blossom and Daffy are about to get Pibby. Bubbles, Buttercup, and Bugs are just hanging out lonely while waiting for them. When they later appeared, Pibby commands them to attack Bubbles, Buttercup, and Bugs but instead Blossom and Daffy trapped Pibby so that they get a chance to stop Pibby once and for all. When Pibby wondered what's going on with Blossom and Daffy, Blossom and Daffy showed that they're actually disguising as their nightmare selves the whole time since Buttercup and Bugs bring them back. So Pibby has no choice to stop them but they killed Pibby. They were sorry that they killed Pibby since she is now dead since they freed Pibby from Alex, although it brings back everything in the PPG universe but they thought Pibby is permanently dead, so they buried Pibby in the graveyard. Later on, they didn't realize Pibby later revived since they already left the graveyard by that time so Pibby became alive again while Alex goes to hell since he got killed by them.
Trivia[]
- She is similar to Brown, another character who was created by the same creator as both have very serious moments but have very lovable moments at the same time. Buttercup also wanted to be the best sister of all time to her sisters while Brown also wanted to be the best Detective of all time. Both shows genuine remorse for their actions and are willing to fix it, however unlike Buttercup, Brown is considered a villain once while Buttercup isn't.
- She is also similar to Sweet, another character who was created by the same creator as both show genuine remorse for their actions and are willing to fix it while Sweet wanted to be the best friend of Grey and Buttercup who wanted to be the best sister to her sisters. Just like Brown, Sweet is a villain while Buttercup again isn't.
