Carson and Lily are the main protagonists of the Minecraft animated music video Fly Again by EnchantedMob, a parody of Coldplay's hit song Adventure of a Lifetime.
They are a pair adventurers and the only humans in the vast and huge world of Minecraft. After the Minecraft world was created, they plan to explore it and uncover various secrets in the huge world.
Carson was voiced by Blake Swift aka ShadyVox. Lily never says a word, but she does sing at the animation's climax, though her voice actor is never revealed.
Biography[]
Before the world of Minecraft was created, there were only the white void and one human, a woman named Lily. As Lily wandered through the void, she saw a pressure plate. Lily then steps on the pressure plate, causing the Minecraft world to begin to be created, with land, sea, and sky appearing. As Lily excitedly watches the Minecraft world being created, Lily falls into a mine and lands on a moving minecart. Lily then meets another human, a man named Carson who also rides a minecart. Carson explains the magical and fun world of Minecraft. He excitedly invites Lily to come explore the world with him, and Lily happily agrees to join Carson on his adventures. Carson and Lily arrive at a large, expansive landscape that features a tall waterfall, where Carson grabs Lily and throws himself and Lily down the waterfall. After arriving at the bottom of the waterfall, they continued their adventure to the badlands.
In the badlands, Carson takes a pair of elytras and gives one to Lily, inviting her to fly to explore the badlands. Lily immediately put on her elytra and the two flew through the sky until Carson saw a cave, where they entered the cave and found a pair of enchanted swords stuck in the rock. The two of them then took the swords, which caused the cave to shake and rocks to collapse. Carson and Lily immediately flew and trying to get out of the cave while avoiding collapsing rocks, where they managed to get out of the cave and continue their adventure by flying.
Carson and Lily continued to fly all day until night fell, where they decided to land in the forest. However, they soon find themselves surrounded by mobs of zombies, skeletons, spiders, and creepers. Even though they were outnumbered, instead of being afraid, Carson raised his sword and with great enthusiasm and courage fought the evil mobs. Lily also helps Carson by killing some of the evil mobs. After killing small-time evil mobs, they were surrounded by evil Endermen from all directions. Despite this, Carson and Lily were not afraid and with cooperation, they managed to kill all of the Endermen. Carson and Lily then celebrate their victory by watching the sunrise.

Carson is a brown-skinned man with dark brown hair and blue eyes. He wore a blue t-shirt with darker blue lines on both sleeves. His long trousers are gray and his shoes are brown.
Lily[]
Lily is a woman with lighter skin than Carson, and has long dark blonde hair and lighter blue eyes than Carson. Her clothing is a white long-sleeved shirt with blue stripes, gray jeans-like shorts, and white shoes.

Carson has a very adventurous spirit, which makes him always enthusiastic and fearless in taking risks. He always seemed excited when going on adventures, and when Lily joined him, he became even more excited because he finally had a partner in his adventures. Carson is also very brave and doesn't show any fear, and even feels happy when facing challenges, some examples like he was not afraid when he and Lily fell from the waterfall and even looked happy, he bravely explored the cave to get the enchanted swords so and bravely went through the fallen rocks, and the last was when he and Lily were surrounded by evil mobs, instead of being afraid because they were outnumbered, he instead raised his sword bravely and fearlessly fought the evil mobs and even felt more enthusiastic when fighting them. He is very close to his partner Lily, often helping her explore the world of Minecraft and giving her his other elytra so she can play like him.
Lily[]
Lily was quieter than Carson, as she never said a single word. However, just like Carson, Lily has a high adventurous spirit and is very passionate about adventure, seen when she became very excited when the Minecraft world was created and became even more excited when Carson took her on an adventure. Just like Carson, Lily is very brave and fearless in the face of chalenges, like when she and Carson explored the cave to retrieve the enchanted swords and bravely flew out of the cave which was about to collapse. She also bravely fought the evil mobs, even though she and Carson were outnumbered. Lily seems to respect Carson, seeing him as a mentor figure who teaches her adventures and guides her in the Minecraft world.

- Their names, Carson and Lily, were never mentioned in the music video. However, their names were mentioned on a channel called Animation Wins in their video called "Everything Great about Fly Again".
- They appear to be inspired by the two famous Minecraft default skins, Steve and Alex.
