CatNap is a major character in GameToons' Poppy Playtime Logic series, serving as a supporting antagonist to main protagonist of the Chapter 3 videos, and a supporting character in the Chapter 4 videos. He is a member of the Smiling Critters who resides in Playcare with the rest of the smiling critters.

As CatNap himself, he is voiced by Ryan Stewart who also voiced Doey the Doughman in the same series, Fun Bot, Tunner, and Black in Sprunki Logic, and Dr. Doktor in Among Us Logic. As Theodore Grambell, he is voiced by Ariel Hack.

Personality

CatNap is very nurturing and caring to his friends and family, but is sometimes strict and might come off as a little bit mean, but that usually happens when his sleep time is interrupted by the others. He also acts like a father figure to the smiling critters, his wife, and his children.

Appearance

CatNap is an anthropomorphic cat with purple fur with dark purple inside of his ears and his paws, white retractable claws, thin eyebrows, white eyes with black sclera, black nose, large mouth and a zipper on his chest with a yellow moon pendant.

As a monster, who he is currently, he is a huge cat with long arms and legs, purple fur with light purple on his paws and dark purple inside his ears and his claws, thin eyebrows, purple eyes with black sclera, black nose, large mouth and a zipper on his chest with a yellow moon pendant.

As a Theodore Grambell, he was a pale skinned boy with curly brown hair, thin eyebrows and black eyes. His clothing consisted of a grayish purple t-shirt, dark purple pants, white shoes and a yellow moon pendant.

Biography

REVENGE of the REJECT CRITTER...

CatNap breaks into the basement to save Hoppy Hopscotch, KickinChicken, an DogDay from Frowny Fox, who is preparing to kill them with the incinerator. CatNap tells him to release now or else, Frowny Fox tells CatNap "what else what" before CatNap realizes that he is standing on a trap, and gets grabbed by a clawed machine. CatNap says that he may not be able to use his claws, but he can still use breath, however, Frowny Fox duct-tapes CatNap's mouth before he could finish his sentence. Frowny Fox sarcastically asks CatNap about what he is saying while laughing maniacally, meanwhile, Hoppy Hopscotch frees herself and frees CatNap, while Frowny Fox prepares to kill DogDay and KickinChicken, until he realizes that Hoppy Hopscotch has escaped. After realizing that Hoppy Hopscotch has escaped, Frowny Fox prepares to kill KickinChicken and DogDay using the incinerator, while CatNap fights him. However, CatNap is unable to defeat Frowny Fox and falls to the ground, saying "Hoppy, I don't think I can take him".

Trivia

• Just like Sprunki Logic, Poppy Playtime Logic has continuity errors, such as CatNap's origin story changing.
  • In CatNap's original origin story, he was an orphan called Theodore Grambell, but in CATNAP: ABANDONED at BIRTH..., he was a small purple kitten who lived in an alleyway.
• Unlike the original version of CatNap, this version of CatNap is more nicer, tamed, and heroic.
• For some reason, the earlier Poppy Playtime Logic videos show CatNap (and the other Smiling Critters) having black teeth.
