Arrogant Heroes are heroes who have excess pride as a part of their own personality. They're self-centered, cocky, full of themselves and most of them tend to be cold and believe that they understand and know things better than those that are more intelligent than them, but usually they are not as much. It is able to be a big flaw for the hero, especially an overstated sense of pride, who learns to overcome this problem.

Note: Pure of Heart heroes can't ever fall under this category, as arrogant heroes believe they always or usually don't need help and that they can solve their problems themselves; that is a quality that can corrupt a hero whereas Pure of Heart heroes have no corrupting qualities even if some arrogant heroes can never fully turn villainous. However, they are able to qualify as Near Pure Good if they meet the criteria and are mildly arrogant.
