Comic Relief is the funny and humorous leader and/or sidekick who are always the center of attention, and are always trying help other people (or even the heroes) by cheering them up with some comedy. This is meant to be exclusive as Game Changer.

Due to their Comical Nature, they are almost by default Love Exalted give how enjoyable they can be with their funny moments.

They are the opposite of Game Changers and the heroic counterpart of Laughably Evil.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Seriously Good heroes don't qualify this category because those heroes are meant to be far more serious than this category. They're also different from Comedy Heroes because a Comic Relief is the comedic character that provides humor value in a heavily serious setting, where a Comedy Hero comes from media that is already lighthearted in tone.
