Heroes who are blamed for crimes or terrible actions they did not commit, breaking rules for selfish reasons, in which case, the hero usually did it for good reasons such as the order(s) he/she was given were/are of bad or questionable judgement, or generally causing more harm than good, usually by a villain or another hero. This can be a common motivation for a Seeker of Vengeance.

These are the opposite of villainous incriminators.
