Love Exalted heroes are those who are purposely made to be loved by the audience for the good personalities that they have and/or respectful behaviour. They could be very lovable to the point where even their own creators or actor could love them. All or most of the characters in-universe completely like them, good examples of Love Exalted heroes include Tari, Oscar, and Papyrus. They are the exact opposite of Hate Sinks.

Some of the heroes are often Pure of Heart, given that an author wants to purposely make a Love Exalted hero as enjoyable, lovable and endearing as possible. An example of Love-Exalted heroes are Comic Reliefs as their funniest moments and comical behavior makes them easily beloved and entertained by viewers at the same time (and sometimes, in universe!).

Love Exalted almost never qualify as Seriously Good due to how it's meant for characters who are enjoyable as possible. There can be in some cases if they have multiple serious moments along with a lot of moments where they're as enjoyable to be around as possible involving:

• Heroes who are designed to be serious-minded and sympathetic but frequently come across as lovable and endearing.
• Heroes who use a serious persona to hide their more playful nature.
• Heroes who initially start off as serious but slowly become more lighthearted and enjoyable. (e.g. Brunette)
• Heroes having an identity disorder, with having a personality with serious or odd traits, and a personality with more loveable traits. (e.g. Scoobo)
• Heroes who are serious in one role and are more admirable and entertaining in the other. (e.g. Pibby, Blossom, and Mordecai)
