Monster Slayers are classical heroes of adventures and fantasy who takes down an opponent who is monstrous, most times a foe that lots of other warriors have denied or fallen to fight, often a hero is tasked with slaying these monsters or lesser demons by a god (or God Himself) : in modern times the title can also apply to characters in non-fantasy settings who are known for hunting down and defeating equally daunting enemies.
