One Hundred Percent Approval Rating

The 100% approval rating is about heroes who are entirely liked and approved in the universe their in. Certain examples of these heroes would be those who are normal heroes who everyone likes or benevolent rulers who rule their country in a very righteous or safe way. Their opposites are villains who fall in the Zero Approval Rating.

• Normal heroes can qualify this category if they are loved by a small group while everyone else doesn't know them. So this means that they don't have to be famous.
• It Isn't actually required for heroes to be a Love Exalted heroes to count because even heroes who are partly seriously good or grey zoned are able to count if they are loved by everyone.
