Claire Reliant mostly known as Clio Sodalite is a original character by Kazanryu. She is one of the main protagonists between the works of said author, being the last one chronologically.
She have Sprites edited from Seal and her design is inspired from Olivia by Keyser. She is the first Kazanryu's character in be made in MUGEN community.
The 1st version has voice clips of Black Rock Shooter, from the series of the same name, borrowed from Nendoroid Generation, meanwhile from the second one onwards, she has voice clips of Vatista, from Under Night series, borrowed from Blazblue Cross Tag Battle.
Appearance[]
Clio has fair skin and large eyes, showing a heterochromia with the left one white, and the right one dark blue. She has short pale blue hair covering her left half of her face and is wearing an silver hairclip.
As for her clothing, she wears a jacket and jeans, both in a grayish dark blue color. A white bodysuit under her clothes and white gloves, white shoes two beige circle decorations in any instep. the zipper of his clothes is all of silver and has an white Osoroshiitsume's logo, which is a triangle with a V inside.
Personality[]
Clio is the normal type of girl and can be sarcastic, and with a cruel sense of humor, but she is also cautious in what she says. She is usually reserved when speaking and not very active at events.
Clio is also quite cautious and observant, and is also calculating at every important moment. She doesn't hold a grudge against anyone but he doesn't forget the bad either, she doesn't care about people's defects and she doesn't get bothered by the points of view of others. As mentioned, Clio sees the masses in a bad light, as time goes by.
Biography[]
Before being a NESTS experiment, Clio was an orphan who grew up on the streets after her parents died when she was 4 years old. After the arrival of NESTS, Clio being kidnapped, would be brainwashed and then modify her DNA. After that, she would be a victim of the experiments for 7 years, ending up going crazy for a while, wanting to commit suicide, but would quickly be put to sleep if she tried. Her life in NESTS felt like a nightmare or rather, like a curse to Clio at the time, but NESTS would brainwash her again so that she would never remember it and they wouldn't lose her.
Clio would no longer remember her life in the experiments since then, but she felt something tormenting her mind. She was already somewhat calm but mentally unstable after the experiments. but 8 months when she was already considered a NESTS agent, she would later remember her life in the experiments, wanting to commit suicide since then, but in the first attempt, when jumping from a high place, she would end up remembering her peaceful life before the experiments and what it was like. kidnapped When NESTS, realizing Clio's action, went to stop her, they managed to reach her, but she had already jumped off the reef. Meanwhile, after remembering her life before the arrival of NESTS, Clio regretted having launched and feared death, already feeling her fate coming, quickly losing consciousness.
But luckily for Clio, she wakes up after jumping from the reef to shore for reasons initially unknown, until she sees the indigo blue flames all over her field of vision. Then, he sees that part of the flames are between his body and discovers that his power has changed. He used to use normal orange flames and now he has dark blue flames.
An explosion caused by her emotions would send her flying through the air towards the sea, reaching a coast on one of the Marshall Islands, where one of the NESTS bases was located, and that explosion would cover her in a large orb of indigo blue flames until reached the coast. Knowing this, Clio is glad to have survived after launching and when she returns to Ottawa, upon learning of the fall of NESTS, her joy would be so great that she would leave the experience of a lifetime behind in the NESTS experiments. Clio couldn't remember her name, at least she couldn't remember her last name, so she resorted to using her code name.
As time went by, she would become more shy and isolated. while his view of people became dark and pessimistic, to the point where he thinks that all people are bad, and for this reason, he would not get involved with their destiny. At least that changes when he helps a group of fighters in a street fight, who were defending a shelter. Once she helped them, they were grateful to her, and when Clio saw that they shared her point of view. He became their leader. Hence the origin of Oroshiitsume, one of the 13 fighting factions in the West.

- Pyrokinesis (Navy Blue Flames): Clio wields amazing control over fire that has a navy blue color coming to melt from stone to diamond (it even makes a hole in a planet if she wants to).
- Power Burn: Clio can take down all the power of the opponent.
- Frozen time physical flow: Similar to Rai, Clio has the speed to physically and literally defy time. when she's going full speed, she's so fast that time stands still in his eyes
Trivia[]
- Sodalite is a rare mineral with colors ranging from white to dark blue, sometimes reaching dark blue.
- Similar to Sophie's case, her author, Kazanryu got accused of use Olivia's Sprites in Clio. That's partially true, but the sprites are mostly from Risiml's Seal and originally edited.
