Efraim Santino is the overreaching protagonist of Disney's 66th full-length animated feature film The Skipper.
He is the second patriarch of the Santino family, the father of Sofia and Almas Santino, husband of Blanca Santino and the son of Abuelo Santino, the first patriarch of the family who wishes to give his son a better life after he grew fond of seeing what the world was like.
After the whole family, expect Almas went missing and got trapped in the Lost City of the Amazon, Almas was the last of the Santinos to keep the family business afloat, and it leads him to travel with the Montana family to go and find them.
He is voiced by Benjamin Bratt who also played Manny in the Cloudy with a Chance with Meatballs franchise. The voice actor also voiced Tom Lone in Catwoman, Rael Averross in Star Wars novel Master & Apprentice and Bail Organa in Star Wars: Andor.
