==Biography==
===I'd Fall Again===
Following Sir Pentious's arrival into Heaven, the angels are in disarray about this. Emily, on the other hand, is welcoming of Pentious and even helps him become adjusted to heaven. In spite of this evidence that the souls in hell CAN be redeemed, Sera continues to reject Pentious and Charlie's hotel. She also notices that Pentious misses the people at the hotel, so Emily decides to secretly invite Charlie over to inform her of Pentious being there and how Sera is undermining the hotel, allowing the two of them to plan how to get the angels to see the light while also enjoying time together with Pentious before Charlie returns to Hell.

Unfortunately, Sera takes notice of just how much Emily is bonding with Pentious and deems her a traitor, apprehending Pentious and having Emily banished to Hell. 

Upon arriving, Emily begins to notice sudden changes in her appearance. She grows horns, after a demon pushes her she discovers that she has grown a tail, and upon looking into a puddle she discovers that her eyes have gone from light blue to a sinister purple; even the eye on her chest has changed color. As she continues to wander through Hell she discovers that her wings are also turning dark, like a raven's. Despite all this, she does not fall into despair and keeps her spirit pure.

As she takes flight to get a better view of the place, Emily notices two sinners fighting. Witnessing this, she flies down and stops the dispute, convincing the two sinners to make peace. With this, Emily realizes that being sent to Hell was a good thing for her, as it needs her much more than heaven.

Arriving in Cannibal Town, she saves a young cannibal from a group of bullies, throwing some bones she found to lure them out before wishing the boy she helped well. She eventually meets up with Rosie. Understanding that her white uniform doesn't fit in Hell, she negotiates with Rosie for a change, choosing a black dress and even painting her nails black, thanking Rosie before leaving. As a final touch to her new look, she borrows a pair of scissors from a hellhound to cut her hair.

With her transformation complete, Emily makes her way to Charlie's hotel so that she can prepare to start the uprising that Sera fears, concluding such a thing is the only way to get Sera and the rest of Heaven to listen, making it clear that she will not stop until those who are wrongfully being punished in Hell are granted the rights they deserve, even being happy to have become a fallen angel. She effectively concludes that to help those who are needlessly suffering in hell, she needs to become the thing Sera fears.

Charlie, upon seeing Emily and her new look, welcomes her in with Lucifer and Vaggie also welcoming her. She then explains to everybody in the hotel what happened to have her end up there, causing them to become understandably upset for their friend. Emily assures them not to get angry for her sake as she had already grown accustomed to Hell. She is then given a room as she continues to plan to help Charlie succeed in redeeming the sinners.
