De León: So, Esteban. I see you have decided to turn against.
Esteban: No, sir, please, I can explain, it's not what it's like!
Xiomara: The worm lies within you, sire. Pore you tea, and let the prisoners go like that.
Esteban: Please, my good sir, please don't make me un-spared, I didn't know what else to do!
De León: Well, if you don't have the courage to face me, you will have the chance to follow my orders.
~ Esteban being confronted by De León after helping Nico escaping and going back to his family, foreshadowing that Esteban will soon turn against his master.

Esteban is a major character in Disney's 66th full-length animated feature film The Skipper.

He is Montero de León's former butler who once didn't have the spine to stand up to him after learning that his master is a cold-blooded killer and attempt to eliminate Natives from the Lost City of the Amazon and tries to kill both the Montana and Santino families, so Esteban tried to have the courage to join forces with new allies and betray his master.

He is voiced by Emilio Estevez who also played Bill Robinson in Maximum Overdrive, Otto Maddox in the 1984 film Repo Man, Andrew Clark in the 1985 film The Breakfast Club and Gordon Bombay in the 1992 film The Mighty Ducks, the 1994 sequel D2: The Mighty Ducks and the 1996 sequel D3: The Mighty Ducks.
