Florian is the main protagonist of a pokemon fanfic, Pokemon Maroon, alongside its 2 movies.
He is a Detective Pokemon Trainer who wants to his sister after she went missing for 3 years so he goes on a pokemon journey to find her but he later finds something more sinister in Paldea.
Biography[]
Before the beginning of the story, his sister was accepted to go the Naranja Academy and started her pokemon journey there. However she was pronounced missing after she went on her journey. This lead to Florian into investigating where his sister is for 3 years.
Chapter 1[]
He receives a letter from the Naranja Academy and that they accept him to attend the academy, Florian plans on looking for clues in the school to find information about his missing sister. He meets Director Chavell who gives him a choice to pick which pokemon as his partner, Florian later picks Sprigatito as his partner and first encounters Nemona and she offers him to battle her however the latter refused because he wants to see the Academy first but Nemona insisted thus lead to him being annoyed by her.
He later meets Koraidon and Miraidon and befriends thrm after giving it a sandwich, upon meeting Arven, he questions if he seen his sister before in the academy which the latter replies no that he hasn't seen her before. Upon heading to the academy and catching a bit of pokemons for his team. He meets Team Star ganging up on Penny, he steps in to stop them thus causing the Team Star to flee after their loss to him. He is later annoyed by Nemona who tells him that he can battle her anytime and always to which he replies no.
Chapter 2[]
After a few months and finding clues in the academy, he goes to the Treasure Hunt journey to become a Pokemon champion. However he is later told by Arven that he should help him with his quest on finding Mystical Herbs, Nemona asks Florian that he should go to the gym battles while Cassiopeia tells him he should help her take down Team Star and their generals. This lead to Florian yelling at them and saying that he should make his choice and tells them he wants to find his missing sister. Arven, Nemona and Cassoppeia agrees with him and apologizes for their argument and aids him to find his sister while going on quests.
Chapter 3[]
Upon setting up his pokemon adventure, he started looking information about his missing sister including students who were vanished. Eventually he finds a Rockruff and catches it to battle Katy and later a Starly, although he did some tough training at them, he started to feel connected to them and often healing during and after battles.
Eventually, he finds a abandoned Scorbunny and adopts it for his team, taking care of it and later uses against Katy's Teddiursa where it evolved to Raboot, feeling optimistic to have confidence to honor his sister before they reunite as he battles Nemona and admits he's only doing it for her to later find her.
Personality[]
Florian is shown to be optimistic on focusing his main goal, finding his sister to bring her back home, slightly worried about her than winning battles, showing how much he cares for his sister, despite his rocky relationship with Nemona, he eventually cares for her and apologizes for having a breakdown to her and asks her for one battle to cheer her up.
Although shown to be nice and caring towards his pokemons and friends. However he's shown to be wrathful most times, often throwing hands at Team Star and berating Nemona for her constant battling and calling out people.
