NOTE: Users who are whitelisted on the Heroes Wiki can also get whitelisted here without meeting the conventional requirements at the admins' discretion. EXTRA NOTE: Meeting the requirements does not guarantee admission to the whitelist, you should be a trusted user that's knowledgeable of the criteria.

To be whitelisted, the following requirements MUST be met. 100 edits are required, however there are some rules to this. Edits must be in good-faith, meaning NO EDIT SPAMMING! Deleted edits from removed pages are still counted as long as they aren't edit-spammed. You must be an active user on the wiki for at least 7 days. Not only are 100 edits required, but 3 valid votes on proposals are also required. For a user to vote on proposals, they must have 30 edits. This rule is similar to the first; your votes MUST be made in good faith, if not they will be invalidated. Invalid votes count as -1, so if you were to get one valid vote and one invalid vote, you will have a count of 0 valid votes. If you fail to follow these rules, whether you aren't in the whitelist or are, you will be blacklisted, which prevents you from proposing AND voting on Pure of Heart Proposals.
