Mario Mario (also known as "I HATE YOU Mario", or just "Mario") is the main protagonist of MUGENWarrior's Scratch/TurboWarp adaptation of the I HATE YOU Creepypasta.
He is the older twin brother of Luigi and the savior of the Mushroom Kingdom. However, after learning that Luigi has been secretly working against him with Bowser out of jealousy, Mario is forced to fight his own brother.
Biography[]
Past[]
In the past, he rescued Princess Peach from Bowser with the help of Luigi. However, Mario got all of the credit for the job, while Luigi didn't. As time went on, Mario was praised and admired more and more, while, unknown to him, Luigi was mocked and laughed at for his fears.
I HATE YOU
Mario was on his way to fight Bowser. He entered the Sunken Ghost Ship level, but found an eyeless Boo blocking the entrance. Fortunately, Mario found a key sitting next to a keyhole, which served as the exit to the level. Shortly after, the Bowser statue face started crying tears of blood and a new level appeared. Mario entered the mysterious whirlpool level and found himself in a castle hall. As he walked he saw blind Boos above him, as well as a message written in blood that said, "I HATE YOU!". It unnerved Mario, but he kept going. Suddenly, a bleeding Banzai Bill appeared front of him, causing to jump back in fear. Fortunately, Mario gained invincibility out of nowhere, killing the Banzai Bill. He let out a sigh of relief and kept going until he saw 3 Big Boos. Mario ran past them, and they chased after him with gleeful expressions on their faces. Suddenly, Mario saw a pipe ahead and he entered it.
The pipe took Mario to an underwater castle. Mario started swimming, but he was stopped by blood-covered Thwomps. Fortunately, since he was invincible, Mario went through the Thwomps, killing them one by one. After that, Mario saw dead versions of himself, or his previous lives. He continued swimming, but the dead Marios started chasing him. Mario swam into another pipe, which took him to a boss door next to a creepy mushroom. Mario left the mushroom untouched and entered the door.
The room resembled Ludwig Von Koopa's boss room. However, Mario saw a creepy face looking through one of the windows. Suddenly, a familiar face walked into the room. It was Luigi. Mario was surprised and worried, as he told Luigi that this place was too dangerous for him. However, Luigi started to talk about everything that happened to him in the past and that he was working with Bowser out of jealousy towards his brother's fame and wealth. Mario was horrified and guilty, attempting to calm Luigi down and apologize to him. Unfortunately, Luigi kept shutting him up by stomping on him, kicking him, punching him, and throwing his to the ground. Before Luigi could kick him into the lava, Mario quickly got back up and fought back, taking his brother by surprise. Mario then knocked Luigi into the air with an uppercut, but after realizing what was about to happen, Mario attempted to catch Luigi and missed, causing Luigi to falling into the lava and burn to death. After watching his brother die, Mario fell onto his knees and cried, mourning his brother's death, even after almost being killed by him.
