King Kong is a major character in Godzilla: Cataclysmic Kaiju Combat. He is a giant ape who used to live on Skull Island and now lives in the Hollow Earth after a conflict with involving Godzilla and an organization named "Apex", which created their own Mechagodzilla.
History[]
Past[]
In the past, there were a species of giant apes called, "Kongs". They lived in the Hollow Earth (alongside the Gojiras) during ancient times. The Kongs were guided by a tribe known as the "Iwi" and the tribe taught them about many concepts, such as war and religion. Eventually, the Kongs had a conflict with the Gojiras, and they began killing each other, with the Gojiras killing more Kongs. The Kongs then figured out that one of the only things that can damage a Gojira is itself, so they made weapons, such as battle axes with each of them having one of Gojiras' dorsal plates. They worked, and the war ensued.
The Kongs were eventually driven out of the Hollow Earth by the Gojiras, and migrated to Skull Island. Unfortunately, they weren't safe there, due to Skullcrawlers, and more of them were coming faster than the Kongs could kill them. Eventually, all of the Kongs were wiped out, except for two: King Kong's mother and father. The two were still fighting Skullcrawlers, but Kong's extremely pregnant mother had to back down to give birth to King Kong. The mother took the newborn Kong to a nearby cave so that the newborn won't be eaten, then the mother went back into the battle with her husband. Kong watched as the Skullcrawlers ripped his parents apart, and all he could feel is hatred and rage towards the Skullcrawlers. After the battle was over, Kong came out of the cave, and approached is now dead parents. All he could do was weep, so he wept. He vowed to avenge his parents one day. Without his parents, Kong grew up grumpy and alone, and survived many encounters with predators.

Conflict with Godzilla[]
In 2021, While Godzilla was rampaging, King Kong remained in an enclosure on Skull Island, due to an endless storm hitting the island.
Fight with Gorosaurus.EXE[]
King Kong was one of the many victims of Monster-G's attack. He was placed in a red version of the Green Temple from Trance. He has never been to the Green Temple, so he was confused, but he still fought various demons and dinosaurs until he encountered a demonized Gorosaurus. The two fought each other, with Kong winning the fight and Gorosaurus.EXE retreating. Kong's victory was short-lived as Monster-G landed in front of the giant gorilla and incinerated him with his atomic breath. After Godzilla killed Monster-G, everything was turned back to normal, and Kong found himself alive and back in the Hollow Earth.
