Lily Engrave is the main antagonist of the Friday Night Funkin' mod Lily In Grave. She also serves as the main protagonist for the game's prequel week.
Biography[]
Back then, Lily Twilight was a big fan of Daddy Dearest and dreamed of becoming an idol like him. However, he mother appeared to disprove of her becoming a singer and said she wouldn't support her anymore.
Despite this, Lily refused to give up, eventually getting a manager who gets her into a party which her idol is hosting. On the way there, Lily saw a child in the rain and gave her an umbrella, resulting in getting wet herself upon arrival, forcing her to change into more casual clothes.
She soon comes face to face with Daddy Dearest and challenges him as she wants a chance to sing with her idol. At first, Daddy Dearest thinks of her as some egotist but is encouraged by Mommy Mearest to accept. After one song, Lily is escorted out because of her attire, and she meets the child again. The child thanks her for the umbrella and prepares to give it back. However, Lily tells her to keep it as a way to remember her.
Eventually, Lily achieved her dream of becoming a popular singer with fans attending her concert. However, a random killer appeared in one of her concerts one day attacking people. When Lily noticed the man getting ready to kill one of her fans, she quickly shoved to man only to be bludgeoned in the head with his hammer. In her last moments, she saw the fan to have been her mother, who had been supporting her all along.
Sometime later, Lily came back to life as a zombie, having lost her memories of when she was alive and driven to craving flesh. In spite of said craving, Lily desired to get her memories back. When she is woken up by Boyfriend and Girlfriend, she is prepared to eat them only to be challenged to a rap battle. Amused, Lily accepts. The singing causes her to regain some of her memories, so they continue to sing until she remembers who she was before she died and how she seemingly had a falling out with her mother.
Upon remembering this, she attempts to call off the rap battle and let the two go out of worry that the rest of her memories would make her go feral and attack them. However, the two refuse to stop as they want to help her with Girlfriend even telling Lily she has her own reasons for listening to Boyfriend. After one more song, Lily regains the rest of her memories and thanks the two for their help. However, she then reveals that by regaining her memories, she would become a lifeless corpse once again. With this, she and Boyfriend sing two more songs before Lily passes away.
