Pedro The Human Seal is the Toon Force Master and the co-protagonist of The Manow Show. His first major appeareance in "THE MANOW SHOW #1: Beach day! | UCJP | João 10 Prime and Pedro The Human Seal". He is a Human Seal that was born on Toontown, he is a major character in the UCJP Multiverse and in the larger Omniverse.
Personality[]
Pedro The Human Seal is a carefree, overconfident, charismatic, silly, goofy, energetic and comedic teenager. He has great mastery and versatility over Cartoon Physics. He really enjoys being free (values freedom), and not being limited or stuck to something. This is an expression of his extremely malleable body, as he can conform and stretch his body in any way he imagines. Always looking to have fun and even cause a bunch of michief, as he is just living by his own feelings. Pedro The Human Seal got his own way of doing things, disliking being opressed or being forced to do something. He does not care about who's objectively right or wrong and follows his own path, always fighting for what he believes in.
Even though he can be considered annoying to some people and doesn´t take basically anything seriously, Pedro The Human Seal is not a bad person, nor is he an evil individual. He has good intentions, even though some of his actions may be seen as questionable at best, like him hitting babies like Derp Seal and Derp Javali just because he finds it fun. At the end of the day, Pedro The Human Seal is still willing to beat bad guys and save the world. Although this can be attributed to his thrill-seeking mentality, as he wants to always have fun and be engaged on certain activities in different ways. Nevertheless, he is just a simple chaotic good guy (a child at heart) who wants to have fun adventures and be as free as he can be. He is also not a fan of overly serious people like Death or his evil counterpart.
Pedro The Human Seal has a positive and happy go-lucky atutude most of the time, as he is a very optimistic and free-spirited person. Although he can be shy and really act like a simp when he sees girls he considers pretty, having heart shaped eyes when that happens. Pedro The Human Seal also constantly makes meta jokes about the situation (displaying medium awareness) and pokes fun at some villains and people he is not fond of.
Appearance[]
Pedro The Human Seal is a caucasian human looking dude, with a cartoon physiology and artstyle. He always (or almost always) has his mouth open (as an expression of his freedom), black hair and black eyes. He has prominent cheeks on his face and a decently muscular build. He sometimes takes different shapes and sizes due to his elasticity. Pedro The Human Seal is described as a cartoon character in the flesh.
He usually wears an orange male tank top and black shorts.
In a Senshi Warrior 3 Mini Story, he wears a magician outfit when casting a spell to help the Master Of Time to trap Death.

Biography[]
Early life
Pedro The Human Seal was born in ToonTown. He spent his early life there. In his childhood, Pedro The Human Seal went to different universes and met João 10 Prime, a powerful and shapeshifting Omniverse Hero. They quickly became best friends, being the duo known as "The Manows".
Altering Reality
As both of them grew closer as platonic (obviously non romantic) best friends (João even got the Upgraded Omnitrix), Pedro The Human Seal literally altered reality to make him and João 10 Prime best friends since childhood.
Day at the Beach
The Manows go to relax on a regular, casual and fun beach day, but Dr. Animo was brought by a higher entity from another universe to interrupt this moment of friendship. The Manows easily beat the villain and send him away,
Omniverse Adventure
João 10 Prime´s Upgraded Omnitrix gets hacked, but the failsafe protects him and Pedro The Human Seal by sending them to Magic Genie´s beach. After some analyzing, The Manows are pulled outside of space and time by Death, who fights them. After trading some blows against this new foe across dimensions, Professor Paradox pulls The Manows back to their home reality. With a newfound appreciation for the Omniverse he was sent to, João decides to become a hero across diferent realities, as a way to really become the Omniverse hero. Pedro The Human Seal supported him on that.

Powers & Abilities[]
- Cartoon Physics: Pedro The Human Seal has completely mastered Cartoon Physics (also known as Toon Force), being able to warp his body and the world around him to be however he wants it to be, all in a comedic and cartoony fashion. Most of this also gives him 4th Wall Awareness, Dimensional Storage, Reality Warping and even Meta Manipulation abilities. As well as and impossible body control, cartoon constructs, comedic strength, pain-supression and much more. He is described as a cartoon character in the flesh.
- Elasticity: Pedro The Human Seal is extremely malleable and can stretch his body in any way he pleases. He usually does this in humorous situations.
- Fun Reality Manipulation: Pedro The Human Seal can manipulate things such as plot and logic to his liking, but only as long as it´s fun for him or for others.
- Cartoon Mimicry/Toon Phisiology: Pedro The Human Seal has an incredibly cartoony looking body.
- Toon Combat: Pedro The Human Seal also fights like a cartoon character.
- Magic: Pedro The Human Seal once used magic to restore The Master Of Time´s transformation.
- Event Manipulation: Pedro The Human Seal manipulated the events of the past and rewrote history so that he was more present in João 10 Prime´s life.
