Raul Alvaro is the tritagonist of Disney's 66th full-length animated feature film The Skipper.
He is the hilarious yet helpful best friend and loyal sidekick of Almas Santino who must help him find his family by finding the Lost City of Amazon and with the help from the Montana family.
He is voiced by Eduardo Franco who also voiced Trevin in Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken and played Argyle in Stranger Things.
