Ryoko Otonashi Mozelle is the Alternate identity of Kotoko Utsugi STAT, a villainous secondary antagonist and is a supporting character in the Mega Jack Cinematic Universe.

She is Mozelle's appearance, except she has a dark red bow and has Ryoko Otonashi's outfit.

Description[]

Personality-wise to the actual Kotoko Utsugi STAT, Ryoko Otonashi Mozelle is nice, sweet, and perfect. She techinally likes to read books and talk about them for hours. Despite this, she finds herself boring but allows people to look into her character although she worrys that they'll find her boring too.

Her identity was created to help and please Mega Jack Horner, as Kotoko Utsugi STAT is a shape-shifter who is merciless.
