Scott Will Eventually Take A Look at the First Mega Man Wozniak (working title), also known as simply Scott Wozniak or Scott, is the titular main protagonist of the comedy web series Scott The Woz. He also serves as the overarching protagonist of Nathaniel Bandy's video Mini Super Mario 64 ROM Hacks 3 and a supporting character in Schaffrillas Productions' video Why Tamatoa is My Favorite Character Ever (1.22 Million Subscriber Special).
He is a video game critic who mainly reviews "stupid Nintendo games". He has an extensive knowledge of video game history and has gotten into many crazy shenanigans involving them. He also has many wacky and nonsensical personal details.
He is portrayed by the YouTube personality of the same name.

- Praise: Praise is the mother of Scott. Along with Joy, she is listed on Scott's birth certificate.
- Joy: Joy is the father of Scott. Along with Praise, he is listed on Scott's birth certificate.
- Captain Dial Up: Captain Dial Up from The Internet and You is presumably the brother of Scott, since his now-destroyed birth certificate shows that Praise and Joy are his parents. He was killed in Mr. Bandwidth's destruction of the internet.
- Unnamed child: Scott mentions that, during the span of a mobile game demo during the EA PLAY section in E3 2018, he had a biological child, despite being a virgin. The child's gender is unknown.
- Unnamed adopted daughter: While playing Truth Or Lies in Shovelware Variety Hour: Round Two, Scott accidentally blurts out that his daughter is adopted.
- Unnamed cousin: In Nintendo Switch: Two Years Old, Scott mentions how the Nintendo Switch should be able to drive his cousin to school.
