He has the same appearance as his canon self.
Personality[]
He originally had his official series personality being depressed and moping believing he is unloved.
However after meeting Optimus Prime and thanks to his kindness behavior he now wishes to protect others more willingly though there is instances where loosing an loved one or see one in harm can make him loose his cool but can recover quickly.
History[]
His history remains about the same until Optimus Prime arrived on Earth when Shinji was battling an Arael and the Autobot leader came to his assistance in bringing down the Angel. Shinji would end thanking the Autobot and seeing him as a better father figure than hid own father.
Later on Shinji Ikari would be in high school taking an history test and afterwards he would be picked up by Optimus Prime in his truck mode, though confirmed on Optimus on being size of an truck he would later explain about Mass Displacement to him as he drives back to NERV HQ.
Eventually Shinji Ikari would be called into Evangelion Unit-01 where he and everyone else prepare to battle Starscream where he would play an supporting role in dealing with it until an unknown creature destroyed Starscream and headed off.
Shinji Ikari would called over when NERV found Beast Machine in the open but is later to be revealed under Keel Lorenz's control where it would anger Shinji of him being responsible for his father's actions, for causing harm to Optimus Prime’s kind and killing Kaworu Nagisa. When the Beast Machine killed Rei Ayanami he had Evangelion Unit-01 go into berserker mode but would be taken down when it ran out of power but thankfully they would all be saved when Grimlock arrived and saved them by defeating the machine.
He would be effected by Rei and Kaworu's death seemly upset but later on he would recover in fighting against the JSDF and the Mass Production Evangelion Units while he did hold his own he and the others were overwhelmed. He begged for Asuka to be saved before Optimus Prime shown up to defeat the Mass Production Evangelion Units and bringing SEELE into custody.

Trivia[]
- This version of Shinji Ikari is one of the few versions of the character to fully recover his mental instability thus he doesn't get drive into triggering the Third Impact Impact thanks to Optimus Prime's kindness that allow his mind to stabilize and feel loved enough.
