Sonic the Hedgehog is the titular main protagonist of the popular fan game, Sonic: The Second Round (formerly known as Round2.exe) and its Sonic Gaming Hub's fan game, Sonic.Exe Remastered incluede it's other versions. He is much like his original counterpart who seeks to Kill Sonic.Exe and put an end to his reign.
Biography[]
Sonic was first seen in the menu screen, looking with a blank expression on his blank as he stares at the viewers without his logo, implying that Sonic started to realise that everything is red. The player then opens to a level titled, "Last Chance", where Sonic sees throughout the level messages written by X, you then have to collect as many Yellow rings as you can in order to get to the big ring, next he sees many dead corpses of everyone he knows. Sonic.exe then questions where Sonic was heading, only for him to respond in an angry tone, saying that he is going to Kill X and stop his reign. He then Teleports and has a showdown with X surrounded with Spikes, as he flies around in speed while Sonic constantly hits him, by jumping, afterwards Sonic then defeats X, as the entity crumbles into Stone and disintegrates, stopping and putting an end to his reign of terror once and for all, after X's death, his actions were undone and everyone that was killed by the Entity had been revived. In later versions he goes into his Super Sonic form and kills X in a remastered ending.
In the remastered Version, the screen plays a static sound, with a message that says "are you ready for round 2?" while it cuts to three of Sonic's most notable allies and enemy all at the hands of X, while their screens became locked with black eyes, dripping with red, as it cuts to sonic without his logo, staring at the viewer, before it briefly shows him smiling in a sonic the hedgehog 2 screen, Sonic awakes and questions what happened, as he sleeps in an area with spikes on walls and a drained grass with pictured black skies and pools of blood in grass, Sonic sees messages written by the monstrous entity, taunting that he "cannot escape" and that "he is in my world" , Sonic then continues as he collects more rings and jumps over mounts of Lava, Sonic can have the option to turn back and was granted to be able to pick up life boxes as he wishes. Sonic then sees a floating ring which then teleports him to Dead hill which was formally the Green hill Zone of levels, Sonic became much horrified over the view, seeing his friends and everyone around him dead, with their corpses oozing blood from their souls corpses with black eyes, Sonic can go back and see the are where his Friend tails had fallen, which to his surprised was practically well, Tails then questions Sonic about the whole event, explaining that he can't die, Sonic explains his whole point to which he revealed that he was sent by the ruler X which he refers to his "other me" in a place to play his twisted sense of fun. Sonic then urges tails to stay safe before taking off and finding his other half, Where to a sudden surprised had encountered him quite frantically, Sonic Exe stops Sonic's tracks, questioning upon where ehe is heading, Sonic then smiles and explains that he is going to kill the latter, Sonic.Exe gladly accepts to duel Sonic, to which he flies patternly throughout the screen as Sonic uses his Jumps to damage him when he gets the chance. afterwards X suddenly disappers into dark fog by using his dark orb which Sonic then stops the battle and chases him, Sonic appears in the next level entitles "Could not Run" which X uses to mock his adversary, Sonic then appears as sky paints slowly with red pictures of souls and blood everywhere, to which Sonic meets up with X again to which the latter then taunts, much to Sonic's anger as they begin to duel for the second time, this time launching two dark projectiles towards Sonic as he glides through the screen again, once again X then dissapears when Sonic attempts to land the last blow, much to his annoyance, he then continues towards the next level which was the level robotic was killed by X where he then meets the Evil Hedgehog, mentioning that he has found him in his "hide and Seek" scenario, X then verbally questions to Sonic as to why he won't die, to which the latter mentions that death only expects X and not himself, Sonic then stops and morphs into his Super form and engages on his "final round" with X, to which the two engage in battle again with a much greater difficulty, as three black orbs start hurling at Sonic, finally defeating X as he weakly stares at his opponent, Sonic then tells X that he can't run anymore, before brutally tearing through the demon with a splash of blood, as the screen then transitions from Sonic freeing the inhabitants from X's rule to the way they were, reviving everyone that he knew including his enemy, Sonic then rushes and spins the last picture of X's emblem and replacing it onto his. The screen then congratulates the player, by saying their own name.
