Testificate Man was born on May 9, 1960. Testificate Man is a recurring character of the Youtube channel Element Animation He dons a black helmet with long horn-like sticks protruding from the sides and a black cape, as well as a belt with a large, golden T-shaped buckle. He made his first appearance in Testificate News. He is The Village's #1 Superhero Despite his best efforts to help, he is a clumsy hero who acts as a final option to save the village when real superheroes like Superman or Batman are not available. He had his own mini-movie called Testificate Man: The Movie, and his arch-nemesis called Dr. Inconsiderate.

Personality[]

Like most of the villagers, Testificate Man is not very smart. That's why he is usually chosen when no other heroes are available or to do some generic stuff (like saving a cat on a tree). Despite this, he is always ready to help and will face any danger coming up.

Biography[]

Testificate Man was laughed at for his stupidity, weakness and being "slightly less than average" since his youth when his future arch-nemesis, Dr. Inconsiderate, knocked him off his bicycle. This, however, didn't stop him from becoming a heroic defender of the innocents.

In Testificate News, he was called on to stop an alien UFO from attacking the Testificate village. However, he failed and was abducted by the UFO.

Later, in Testificate Man: The Movie, he was called to stop Dr. Inconsiderate from bumping into citizens on his segway. Testificate Man placed a tracking device on the doctor which led him to his secret lair. Testificate Man confronted Dr.Inconsiderate and was nearly killed during the fight, but eventually disabled the doctor's device by throwing his badge into it and left. Finally arriving at home, he has to fight yet another villain, Jeff the Evil Roomba. But no sequel was released.

Testificate Man And The Quest To Become More Interesting[]

Testificate Man reappears as the main protagonist of the "Testificate Man And The Quest To Become More Interesting" book. He also appears in the two Villager News films.

Testificate Man was born on May 9, 1960. Testificate Man's possible true identity is Villager #182, which is also the Military General Villager.
He is a parody of Batman from DC Comics with his helmet and buckle with his logo.
He also appers in VILLAGER NEWS: THE GIANT PROBLEM in a dark alleyway interviewed by an offscreen villager questioning about his family. Testificate Man then reveals that his parents live in another village.
Strangely Enough, He always Seems to Wear His Costume Everywhere He Goes, Including The Shower and Reading His Book as Noted in TESTIFICATE MAN AND THE QUEST TO BECOME MORE INTERESTING!
In Testificate Man: The Movie, he threw his logo away from his belt to stop the device as it was going to ram him over. Referencing Batman's famous weapon, the Batring.
He Is Shown To Have Bad Eye site Despite Wearing His Glasses To Read, This Might Be The joke Of The Video About Advertising His Book.
He also Has Shown To Be Quite Good at Leadership as Well as Disguising Himself In VILLAGER NEWS: WAR! (Animation) When He Revealed to Be Testificate Man, He Left His Disguise and Vanishing Once again For the Remainder Of The Video as well as Returning to His General Disguise When Him And a Villager were attending the Grave Site Of Villager No. 9 At The Cemetery,Showing A Bit Remourse To his Death
He Has Been Breaking the Fourth wall, Most Commonly Mentioning His Book in the His Video TESTIFICATE MAN AND THE QUEST TO BECOME MORE INTERESTING and at the end Of VILLAGER NEWS: War! (Animation) He can Be Heard Mentioning a Subject to the Next Video To a Fellow Villager As Both Were talking about The Giant mobs.
